Our Club Program is for players in 5-12th Grades!

*Please note that any cancelled practice due to bad weather will not be re-scheduled. Players can make up any cancelled practice by attending another HTC practice site.

Club Membership

Madison Youth Field Hockey will have 4 seasons; Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter.

Membership Types

Full Spring Season Membership – $400

Uniforms

All players are required to purchase our practice pinney. Players can purchase their practice pinney by clicking on the STORE tab on the HTC website. The practice pinney will be brought to practice.

All Goalkeepers can purchase their HTC Goalkeeper Jersey.
